- About the development of the game -

Horror School is a retro 2D top down action-rpg, inspired by NES horror games like Friday the 13th, Sweet Home, Nightmare on Elm Street, Megami Tensei and others.

This game was done during NESJAM, made from May 31st 2024 at 8:00 AM to June 17th 2024 at 8:00 AM.

  Observations:
I´m really sorry that the game is not even properly finished, hundreds of bugs happened in Unity (and you can´t even test the game if there´s any error in the script - hey I just was following a course on Udemy to make this game, yet everytime I added one single script, hundreds of errors appeared) and I couldn´t properly add the enemies and friends scripts , but I plant o make the game work as it should after the gamejam ends.

  Things to be added in the next updates:
Combat (the player will be able to throw a Ball at enemies);
Working Enemies;
Items;
Menus;
Achievements;
More Areas and Floors, including bathrooms, gyms and sport areas.
